Taps alerted me by text when he’d arrive and he was right on time. I explained the problem we were trying to solve and he jumped up into the attic and promptly fixed it. He also identified several installation errors made by my now former provider, Reddi Services.Taps and I had a great conversation about family and afterwards and we learned we know several of the same people. He’s a great tradesman and a good man.

Installed a fully electric 19 SEER Midea system on 2/19/26. The system operates quietly and efficiently. Comfort One coordinated the entire install with my main contractor, Vayco Construction, which helped keep the process smooth and well organized from start to finish.
