The Team
Tapani Ojalehto - Founder, RSI Top Tech & Comfort Specialist
Born and raised in the midwest, Taps was always out tinkering on most things with his dad, and that is where his mechanical interests came into fruition. He has always had a passion and determination when it comes to problem solving, which is what makes him great at what he does. Taps moved to Arizona in 2002, and quickly called it his home. Taps has been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years now. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, camping, archery, hockey, and spending time with his wife and pups.
Jessica Ojalehto - Founder, Office Manager & Integrator
Born and raised in the sunny state of Arizona, Jessica grew up in a home of entrepreneurs, and always dreamed of one day owning her own business as well. She met Taps in her junior year of high-school, and a few short years later got married. They both had interests in starting a business. After finishing school in 2016, Comfort One Air Conditioning was founded. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys many outdoor activities, swimming, hiking, paddleboarding, boating, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
Joanna Ashley - Admin Assistant Extraordinaire
Joanna was born in the burbs of southern Chicago and moved to Arizona in 2000. After 15 years in the medical field, she decided to quit and pursue a more purpose-driven and passion-filled lifestyle. Since joining Comfort One two years ago, she has enjoyed organizing data, forging strong customer connections, and being part of the team. Outside the office, she enjoys playing in nature, connecting with friends and family, pursuing inner growth, and finding ways to make the planet a better place.
Jon - Lead Technician
Jon was born and raised in Canada, eh, where he pursued a career in carpentry. Later, Jon met his wife, who is from Arizona, and they moved to Arizona to help him defrost. They have 5 beautiful children together. He has been in the HVAC industry for 6 years and has 15+ years in the construction industry. Jon is our top technician. He is very caring and always looks out for the clients best interest. Away from work Jon enjoys hockey, golfing and spending time with his wife and kids.
Lars - Technician
Meet Lars, our Comfort Specialist. Before joining the Comfort One team, he built his skills as an aircraft mechanic in both Phoenix and Alaska, giving him a strong foundation for working with complex systems. That hands-on experience translates perfectly into keeping your home comfortable all year round. When he’s off the clock, Lars loves getting outdoors to hunt and spend quality time with his wife and kid.
Juha - Technician
Juha is from a small town in Minnesota, and now resides in sunny AZ, in the Desert Hills area. He has been in the HVAC industry for 4 years and is one of our top technicians. He also has a background in remodeling. Juha pays attention to the small details, which is what makes him such an asset to our team. When Juha is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, tinkering on his jeep, and boat, and most things outdoors.
Loki
Loki joined Comfort One with zero HVAC experience and no plans to learn. His specialties include aggressive tail wagging during service calls, strategic napping wherever he pleases, and quality testing every lunch the crew brings along. He’s never missed a day of work, firmly believes every job site deserves belly rubs, and insists the thermostat always stays on “cozy.” When he’s not riding shotgun to the next appointment, he enjoys long walks, short attention spans, and pretending he didn’t just steal a snack from someone’s lunch bag.
Archer
Archer was hired for one elite skill: looking adorable on command. His interview lasted about 4 seconds (he tilted his head and it was over). He personally inspects every technician before they head out on a job, mostly by sniffing their pockets for treats, and has been known to tag along just to supervise. He holds a 100% customer satisfaction rating because no one has ever been sad in his presence. Off the clock, Archer enjoys chewing things he shouldn’t, random zoomies across the yard, and being suspiciously quiet (which usually means trouble).
